Here's a look at my progression from 2015 to 2016. Competitors ask how soon they'll see changes, or how long will it take to put on muscle. I've been working on this for 8 years. Eight. And each year I can see tiny, TINY, improvements. It. Takes. Years. Be patient with yourself, and know you have plenty of time. I have more to do, more improvements to make.
