Heat up the waffle iron! It's time for some comfort food. And here's a recipe that won't break the nutritional bank. You can just as easily make pancakes too, either way...get ready for breakfast!
High Protein Waffles:
- 1 C cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Okay, sounds super yummy to me, but how much does that amount of Mix make? Do not want to go, oh, she did not comment so I am to eat all that myself. Serves enough for 1, 2, or 3 people?
